I am the founder and Principal Research Consultant at Wells Research Consultancy, with more than 10 years of experience across health research, public health, statistical analysis and research methodology.
I work directly with organisations and research teams at different stages of the research lifecycle — from refining research questions and developing valid methodologies to analysing complex datasets, synthesising evidence, interpreting findings and supporting publication ready outputs.
My work combines quantitative, qualitative and mixed methods research, including statistical modelling, systematic reviews and meta-analysis, survey methodology, programme evaluation and advanced analytical approaches such as machine learning where appropriate.
I am drawn to projects where the research question, methodology or data is complex and where analytical thinking can materially strengthen the quality, interpretation and usefulness of the evidence.
